Everything was good, had a wonderful stay for 3 nights. The rooms were new-fashioned with a balcony, thoroughly enjoyed it. The location was amazing and perfect, walk from a train station.

The staff was extremely friendly, exceptionally nice, and responded promptly to requests. The setting was stunning, really close to restaurants, the beach, the port, the train station as well as the centre of Sorrento.

The room was modern and it had a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet, that's cool. I appreciated city view from my room. Favourable and excellent location walk from a train station, that was handy. Found Ristorante Pizzeria Tasso 10 minutes walk from the hotel, dined there🙂

Had the apartment which was new-fashioned with a balcony. The location was marvellous on the coast and the staff here was helpful and amazing.

Its rooms are clean with a balcony. There are lots of supplies like: a microwave, a fridge, and tea and coffee making equipment.

It's a nice place. Make sure to get apartment with a balcony. A big fridge and a freezer are a nice touch. The hotel has a particularly good and magnificent location in the center.

The rooms were spotlessly clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. The online check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient. The location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the bus and train station as well as the main attractions. Plus, there was a fantastic dining option nearby. We were amazed by how easy it was to explore the city from this central spot.

Symphony House in the center of Sorrento was the perfect place for our stay. The location, just 2 minutes from the train and bus station, made it very convenient for us to explore the area. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, with brand new luxurious furniture and daily room cleaning. Despite being in the center, the room was cozy and quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay. The hotel also offered a terrace, coffee, fruits, and wine, adding to our overall satisfaction. The WiFi was excellent, and the hosts were extremely kind and hospitable, even helping us arrange a shorter stay. We can't imagine a better place to stay in Sorrento, and we are grateful for such a wonderful experience.

Great location, just a short walk from the train and bus station in the center of town

No kettle or toaster in the room, had to use the coffee maker for hot water which wasn't ideal for making tea. There was some road noise at night, although the double-glazed doors helped to minimize it

The staff at Augustino and Ilaria were extremely attentive and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate our requests. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the heart of the city. the room itself was comfortable and felt like our own little studio apartment in Sorrento.

Felt right at home, no complaints.

The triple room overlooks street and includes a microwave, coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator. The beds are very comfy and the staff is very nice. It is in good and great location to Corso Italia, set minutes away from the hotel...

I recently stayed at a wonderful apartment in the heart of Sorrento. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center and close to the beautiful coastline. The room was immaculate and had all the necessary amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for local dining and attractions. The apartment even had a lovely porch where I enjoyed my meals.

The apartment, being in a central location, can be a bit noisy at times.

symphony house bed & breakfast in sorrento exceeded all expectations on our luxurious holiday. the recently renovated and bright accommodations were clean and comfortable. the location was superb, with easy access to the train station and main square. the helpful staff made our stay extra special.
